After a water heater leak and worrying about whether my very old HVAC system would make it through another winter, I finally decided it was time to replace everything.
As it was my first time making this type of purchase, I spoke with a few companies, but Jason from Vive immediately stood out. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely someone I felt I could trust.
I also needed some pipes brought up to code, which made the job more complicated. The teams that installed the water heater, furnace, and A/C were fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing the job right. Thank you Alex, Steve, Mike,Tyler and Riley!

I use Vive at our business for HVAC service and backflow preventer inspections and service. Their service people are fast and friendly and they get the job done! Booking by telephone is professional and cheerful! I am happy to give them our business!

Couldn’t recommend Vive more. The whole team was knowledgeable, had genuine recommendations and never gave any pressure for any additional options. They gave their genuine expertise while laying out future options and left the decision up to us.

Jason was super helpful during the initial walkthrough. He was attentive, listened to our needs and responded with clear knowledge.

On installation day, Tyler T and Mike were exceptional. They were extremely efficient, finishing the job as expected and with the expected timeline. They ensured all questioned were answered before they left and showed us how our new heat pump works from top to bottom.
